Hi R&S,

I  just wanted to drop you a line and say our floors look amazing.   The R&S employees were wonderful to work with.  Since we had our entire first floor, staircase and upstairs hall done in hardwood, it was a tough situation.  The employees understood how difficult this was for us and worked in such a way as to minimize the inconvenience.  They were always respectful, courteous and mindful of our needs.  They worked hard, always arriving early.  When two other team members arrived, we experienced the same level of professionalism.  Our kitchen is not yet complete, but when it is, we can't wait for the final coat of sealant to be applied and to showcase to them our finished product!  By the way, the herringbone is phenomenal!  We had a family from NY visit us.  Two of them are contractors.  They were so impressed with the quality of work, they remarked several times over an entire weekend about the quality of the work.  Of course, the herringbone stole the show!  Thank you to the "office" for keeping on top of everything and insuring all went smooth.  Our thanks to the entire R&S Team!
