R&S Hardwood Flooring Co., Inc was established in 1964 and has been serving the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas since that time.  We are located at 4785 Lehigh Drive (Route 248) in Walnutport, PA 18088.  Our Reputation has been built upon over 50 years of consistently providing the highest quality of work rendering to customer satisfaction.  Customer referrals continue to be our best form of advertisement.

R&S Hardwood Flooring Co., Inc., initially headquartered at 4370 Chestnut Drive in Walnutport, was founded and headed by company president, Richard C. Kulp Sr. (DAD), a veteran of the industry who got his start in 1954.
From the beginning, Mr. Richard C. Kulp, Sr. was assisted at the operation of the family owned business by his sons, Richard (Rick) and Michael (Mike), both of whom are now veterans of the flooring industry themselves.  In addition, office operations for the company were supervised by Mr. Kulp's wife, Peggy and their daughter, Kim.

Following the passing of Richard C Kulp, Sr. in 1995, the business was owned and operated by his wife Peggy Kulp.  Following Peggy's retirement in 2002, the business was equally divided among her three children, Rick Kulp, Jr., Mike Kulp, and Kim Szoke.  The Kulp Family still owns and operates the company today with Rick acting as company President and Mike acting as Vice President.  Mike and Rick continue to supervise and work in the field.  Kim has recently decided to retire. 

The Kulp family is fortunate to have working with them a group of talented, dedicated, and professional employees, all of whom have had years of experience in the industry.   Office operations continue to be family run.
